a. The Promotion is conducted by Hatsy (Pty) Ltd, with registration number
2021/566466/07, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa
and having its registered address at 47 Thembi Place, 15 Calderwood
Drive, Lonehill, Gauteng, (hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”),
which trade under the name and style of Swipe To Bet.

​​b. Any person who enters the Competition (“the Entrant”) acknowledges
that the terms and conditions set out herein shall be binding on them,
and further, that the Competition shall be subject to the provisions of the
Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (“the Act”).

c. All times set out herein are reflected as South African Standard Times.

d. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of the
Competition and/or its terms and conditions, the Promoter’s decision
shall be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

e. In the event that any of the terms and conditions contained herein are
found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such terms will be
severable from the remaining terms of these terms and conditions,
which will continue to be valid and enforceable.

support call centre on 0861 867 238 between 08h00 and 16h00, 
throughout the period of the Competition.

RULES OF THE PROMOTION​

​

1. The Swipe to Bet, 100% first deposit match up to R1,000  promotion will run on all deposits made between 01 March 2023, 00:01 – 29 February 2023 ,23:59. (“12 Months only”).

2. The promotion is valid for Swipe To Bet account holders only.

3. The 100% first deposit match up to R1,000  promotion can only be claimed once per new customer.

4. Bonus funds can only be used for betting on Sports, Horseracing and Lucky Numbers

5. Available funds (Total funds excluding bonus funds) will display in your ‘’Available Wallet’’.

6. Only Available funds will be used on all 3rd party games.

7. You are able to withdraw any funds displaying in your ‘’Available Wallet’’.

8. The 100%  first deposit match is only applicable on deposits up to a total sum of R10 000. 

9. Once the maximum bonus of R1 000 is credited, no further deposits above R10 000 will qualify for any bonus. Further deposits will not attract a bonus where bonus funds have been forfeited.

10. The 100%  first deposit match will be credited to the account once Swipe To Bet has received the deposit and confirmation of the deposit from the relevant payment provider.

11. If the participant’s bonus is not credited within 24 hours, the participant must send an email to support@swipetobet.co.za, with “100%  first deposit match” in the subject line, along with their Swipe To Bet    account number, the method of depositing and amount deposited.

12. Participants must be over the age of 18 and have an active Swipe To Bet    account in order to participate in the promotion.

13. The amount deposited and the bonus credited must be turned over (staked) once at odds of 5/10 (0.5 decimal) or greater.

14. Any participants suspected to be in breach of this terms and conditions will have their bonus revoked.

15. Betting on multiples is permitted subject to the odds of the multiple bet exceeding 5/10 (0.5 decimal).

16. The promotion is intended for recreational purposes and for Swipe To Bet    customers only. Should a participant be suspected of abusing the spirit of the bonus, Swipe To Bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded, along with disallowing the participant from participating in future promotions.

17. Syndicate betting is prohibited, and participants found to have duplicate accounts or attempting to open duplicate accounts will have their bonuses and resultant winnings removed from all of their accounts.

18. Participants seen or suspected of working together to circumvent any of the terms shall have their bonus revoked/forfeited and may be disallowed from participating in future promotions.

19. The sum of the deposit and the bonus must be turned over in full before a withdrawal may be made. However, a withdrawal of any winnings over and above this stipulated sum is permitted.

20. Individual customers’ betting patterns may be monitored and Swipe To Bet   , in its sole discretion, may revoke any bonus and shall not be responsible for any losses that are incurred by the participant.

21. Swipe To Bet   and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the promotion or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Swipe To Bet  or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Swipe To Bet    or its authorised agents.

22. Swipe To Bet    also reserves the right to disallow certain account holders the bonus.

23. Swipe To Bet    reserves the right to request FICA documentation, for whatever reason, from any customer prior to the account being credited with the promotional bonus.

24. Entrants by virtue of participation understand that information provided is collected by Swipe To Bet  .
